Welcome to Saiprem Gramin Vikas Sanstha (SGVS)

Mr. Ramesh Bhanwe,60 a man who is founder of tree, the President of SGVS.

Born in Umarkhed, 110 kilometres from YAVATMAL, to poor parents, Father was forest guard who visit home once in a month ,youngest among 5 children ,lost his mother at the age of 1 year Ramesh bhanwe was forced by circumstances to work as a domestic help even as a child. But no ordinary little one, he refused to resign himself to fate.

He mapped out the coordinates of his own life, with strength and foresight beyond his young years. he knew education was the golden compass - it pointed the way out of poverty, but there could be no quick tricks. Completing graduation he worked as a contractor for nearly 10years. During these years he was shaken by the plight and suffering of the labours who worked for him. The root cause he realized was poverty resulting in starvation, suffering and health issues. Health issues further resulted in morbidity which entangled them in the cycle of poverty.

This was a major turning point in his life when he decided to do away with the comfort of a contractor and dedicated his life for the upliftment of the poor and needy. In order to meet his aspiration he joined Datta Seva Samiti as secretary in 1995.
